Local sport and recreational infrastructure should respond to the needs of inhabitants but should also use the benefits of Commune’s surroundings. Commune recreational zones are exactly the locations of first sport successes of future-to-be champs. The society is becoming more eager to spend its free time actively, hence selecting alternative forms of physical activity. This trend is connected with infrastructure development of water and recreational sports, as well as coastal areas in the Communes.
